Are children allowed in the venue?

Children are allowed in our inside lounge from 4pm until 7pm, Monday to Thursday.

Children are not allowed on the roof top garden as it is over 18s only. Children are not allowed in the venue on busy days/night such as Fridays and Saturdays.

Is there disabled acces?

Unfortunately our venue does not have disabled access.

How do I book a table?

To book a table please use our online booking system. We do not take bookings over the phone. All bookings must go via our system as we take deposits.

All bookings require a deposit to secure the table. This is deducted from your first order on the day.

By default all bookings are given a 3r time slot. However, sometimes when our system says fully booked, there are some smaller time slot gaps between bookings. So you may be able to book a 1hr or 2hr slot in between bookings.

To do this simply select the “Table Time (Optional) section and input 1hr or 2hr and it might book you in.

How do I change or cancel my booking?

To change or cancel a booking please email: funkyflamingolounge@gmail.com.

Do not re-book a table and then ask to cancel a table. We can change the date and time of bookings manually if you contact us. This saves the long refund process and also saves you re-booking.

Please do not call the venue as this is dealt with by a different team and the staff at the venue do not have access to the bookings.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5 to 10 days to show in your account. This time frame depends on who you bank with.

What’s your refund policy?

All deposits are refundable if you cancel 72 hours prior to the booking. This allows us time to get the table re-booked. Deposits are also refundable IF we are unable to open or you have booked the Roof Garden and it is adverse weather conditions.

If you need to cancel a book, we are happy to move your booking to another date so you don’t lose your deposit.

How long do I get the table for?

By default all bookings are given 3hr time slots. But you can select less time if you wish when booking. Simply select “Table Time (Optional)” when booking. if you require longer please contact us.

But, if you book a table (A 2.5hr slot) for the Roof Garden at 6pm OR 7pm you will by default have the table until 10pm (When the roof closes) as your booking will go past our last bookable time, which is 8pm. So this means no one can book after you.

The same for our inside lounge, if you book a table for 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm OR 10.30pm then you will by default have the table until 1am, as our last bookable time is 10.30pm.

Sometimes if our system says we are fully booked you may be able to book a 1hr or 2hr slot in between bookings.

Can I stay longer after my time slot ends?

If you need longer please contact us to change this manually. Sometimes on rare occasions we get some no shows, last minute cancellations or the next booking on your table might be an hour after your end time.

In these situations we do allow people to stay on longer. Or if this happens with a different table we may move you to a different table (To not mess up our booking system) to stay longer.

But, if you book a table for the Roof Garden at 6pm OR 7pm you will by default have the table until 10pm (When the roof closes) as your booking will go past our last bookable time, which is 8pm.
So this means no one can book after you.

The same for our inside lounge, if you book a table for 8.30pm, 9pm, 9.30pm OR 10.30pm then you will by default have the table until 1am, as our last bookable time is 10.30pm.

If I book the Roof Garden do I get a table inside after?

No! We cannot guarantee people a table inside after their Roof Bookings, especially on busy days such as Fridays and Saturdays. If we have space we will always offer these to roof bookings.

If you would like a table inside after the Roof please book a table separately.

What are your opening times?

We are open 7 days a week until 1am. Our Roof Garden only has a license until 10pm but our inside lounge is open until 1am.

Monday-Friday: From 4pm
Saturday: From 12pm
Sunday: From 3pm

Do your tables have cover & heaters?

All our tables have either built cover or large parasol umbrellas.

Only some of our tables have heaters. We advise checking the weather before attending our Roof Garden and dressing accordingly.

If it’s cold we advise wrapping up, even if you are in a booth with a heater.

Do you do bottomless brunch on the Roof Garden?

YES! Bottomless brunch is avilable on our Roof Garden.

Bottomless brunch slot are avilable every Friday from 7pm till 9pm and every Saturday from 2pm until 4pm.

Do you serve food on the Roof Garden?

Yes! We serve food on our Roof every day until 9pm.

Do you allow walk-ins?

We allow walk-ins every day. However, most people tend to book on weekends so sometimes
walk-in space is limited and depends on if we have spare tables, if we have no shows or if people leave early. If we have a table spare we will give it to walk-ins.

Can I book more than one table?

Yes, if you have a large booking our system will automatically book multiple tables next to each other for you. Our largest table sits 9 people. But we can move tables to make larger tables if need be.

What’s the dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual, dress to impress. No sportswear, no tracksuit, no hoodies, no hats, no trainers with bubbles. Smart clean trainers are allowed.

During colder days we advise people to wrap up warm.

Can I hire your venue?

Yes! Our second room in the inside lounge & Roof Garden is available to hire on select days and times for all occasions.
